Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropertyPack.ie (the “Service”), operated by PropertyPack Ireland Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

PropertyPack.ie provides automated property risk reports for residential properties in Ireland. Each report covers 18 checks across categories including flood risk, radon levels, planning history, BER ratings, broadband availability, school proximity, crime statistics, air quality and more.

Report data is sourced from publicly available Irish government databases and official data providers, including the OPW, EPA, CSO, SEAI, and local authority planning portals.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Payments

PropertyPack.ie sells one-off single property reports and multi-report credit bundles. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Key terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Each purchase is a single one-time charge at the price displayed at checkout. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
• Prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We may change our prices at any time; changes never affect purchases you have already made or bundle credits you already hold.

5. Report Purchases & Bundles

Individual property risk reports and multi-report bundles may be purchased on a one-time basis at the prices displayed at checkout. Purchases include:

• Delivery of the full 18-check report within minutes of payment (or, for bundles, report credits added to your account immediately).
• Bundle report credits that do not expire and may be used on any Irish property.
• Access to each report through your account for 12 months from the date of generation.
• A downloadable PDF version of each report.

Refunds. If your report fails to generate, you are refunded automatically: we retry for several hours first, and if it still can't be generated we return your payment in full without you having to ask. Bundle purchases have the credit returned to your account instead, since the rest of the bundle remains yours to spend. If something else goes wrong — your report contains an error, cites the wrong property, or otherwise isn't what you paid for — email hello@propertypack.ie and we will put it right: we'll correct and regenerate the report, and where we can't remedy the problem we'll refund you.

Reports are digital content compiled and delivered individually for the specific address you enter, within minutes of purchase (and bundle credits are usable immediately). By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Because each report is consumed on delivery, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a report has been generated. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your remedies where digital content is defective or not as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on PropertyPack.ie is the intellectual property of PropertyPack Ireland Ltd or its licensors.

Property risk reports are licensed to you for personal or professional use only. You may share individual reports with relevant parties (e.g., your solicitor, estate agent, or mortgage provider) but you may not:

• Redistribute reports commercially.
• Resell or sublicense report data.
• Use automated means to bulk-download or scrape report content.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

PropertyPack.ie reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, please note:

• Report data is sourced from publicly available government databases and is subject to the accuracy and completeness of those sources.
• Reports are not a substitute for professional surveys, valuations, or legal advice.
• We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals (solicitors, surveyors, engineers) before making property purchase decisions.
• Data may not reflect very recent changes in local conditions, planning decisions, or environmental factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, PropertyPack Ireland Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on information contained in reports.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Inaccuracies or omissions in data sourced from third-party providers.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
