How much does a property report cost in Ireland?
A PropertyPack report costs €29 for a single property with all 18 checks, €59 for a 3-report bundle, or €79 for 5 reports. One-off payments, no subscription, and the free snapshot costs nothing. When should I get a PropertyPack report?
Before you put in an offer. If you like a property and are thinking of going further, the report flags the dealbreakers (flood risk, radon, poor BER, nearby planning) before you commit money to solicitors or surveyors.
How do report bundles work?
Buy a House Hunter (3 reports) or Serious Buyer (5 reports) bundle and the reports are stored as credits on your account. Run a full report on any Irish property whenever you like: at a viewing, after a bid, months later. Credits never expire.
How quickly do I get my report?

Is this a substitute for a structural survey?
No. A survey checks the physical condition of the building. PropertyPack checks everything else: flood zones, radon, BER, planning, crime, schools and more. It's the quick, low-cost first step before you invest in a full survey.
Can I use the report when negotiating?
Yes. Every figure is sourced from official Irish government databases with citations. A poor BER, flood risk, or nearby planning gives you documented evidence to negotiate, or to walk away.
Do I need a subscription?

What if I'm not happy with my report?
If anything in your report looks wrong (an error, the wrong property, a check that didn't behave), email hello@propertypack.ie and we'll put it right: we'll fix and regenerate the report, or sort out a refund or credit if we can't. Because reports are digital content generated on demand for one specific address, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once a report has been delivered.
